Brandon Muetzel and co-workers from Palace Cafe wore Defend the Coast chef jackets at the New Orleans Wine and Food Experience on May 28th.
They showed their support for DTC and also received first place in seafood for Crawfish Gnocchi with a Ghost Pepper Caviar Cream.
